冷藏对米蛾卵繁育广赤眼蜂的影响

摘　　要：为了延长米蛾卵及广赤眼蜂产品的保质期,本文研究了米蛾卵和广赤眼蜂在不同温度下及冷藏不同天数后的发育情况。结果表明:7℃是保存米蛾卵和广赤眼蜂的适宜温度;广赤眼蜂在7℃条件下冷藏后,其羽化率与CK(89.07%)相比,冷藏7 d、14 d、21 d和28 d的羽化率分别为90.36%、81.17%、59.48%和33.86%;米蛾卵在7℃条件下冷藏后,繁育的广赤眼蜂的羽化率与CK(87.58%)相比,冷藏7 d、14 d、21 d和28 d的羽化率分别为85.43%、82.40%、52.64%和43.08%。冷藏对广赤眼蜂的羽化历期、发育状况无显著影响,对雌雄性比影响显著。In order to prolong the shelf life of Corcyra cephalonica eggs and Trichogramma evanescens,the development of Corcyra cephalonica eggs and Trichogramma evanescens at different temperatures and cold storage days was studied.The results showed that the suitable temperature for storing Corcyra cephalonica eggs and Trichogramma evanescens was 7℃.Compared with CK(89.07%),the emergence rate of Trichogramma evanescens after storage at 7℃for 7,14,21,and 28 days was 90.36%,81.17%,59.48%and 33.86%,respectively.Compared with CK(87.58%),the emergence rate of Trichogramma evanescens bred by Corcyra cephalonica eggs after being stored at 7℃for 7,14,21,and 28 days was 85.43%,82.40%,52.64%and 43.08%,respectively.Cold storage had no significant effect on the eclosion duration and development of Trichogramma evanescens,but had a significant effect on the ratio of females and males.
