水溶性聚酯与甘油对淀粉/PBAT复合材料增容效果研究

摘　　要：采用高压反应釜制备糊化淀粉,以甘油作为增塑剂,以水溶性聚酯(PVE)为新型高分子增容剂,将淀粉、对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)、不同含量的PVE、不同含量的甘油混合均匀后通过双螺杆挤出机混炼制备淀粉/PBAT/PVE/甘油共混切片,研究了新型增容剂PVE对淀粉/PBAT相容性的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、热重分析、力学性能测试等手段表征其微观相容性与力学性能。结果表明,随PVE质量含量增加,淀粉/PBAT相容性变好,共混材料热分解温度均下降;结晶性能方面,随甘油、PVE的加入,淀粉/PBAT特征峰强度均减弱;PVE以20%(占淀粉干基)、甘油以30%(占淀粉干基)添加入共混材料中,其性能改善明显,强力拉伸强度可达30.4 MPa。相容性显著影响宏观力学性能,因此PVE和甘油的合理用量是关键。Starch/poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)/water-soluble polyester(PVE)/glycerol blending materials was mixed evenly through the twin screw extruder mixing with gelatinized starch prepared by an autoclave,glycerol as the plasticizer and PVE as the new polymer compatibilizer.The effect of the new compatibilizer PVE on the compatibility of starch/PBAT/glycerol blending materials was studied.Scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,thermogravimetric analysis,mechanical property test etc.and other means were used to characterize its microcompatibility and mechanical properties.The results show that with the increase of PVE content,the starch/PBAT compatibility becomes better,and the thermal decomposition temperature of the composite material decreases.In terms of crystallization performance,with the addition of glycerol and PVE,the characteristic peak strength of starch/PBAT is weakened.PVE is added to the composite at 20 wt%(20wt% of starch dry group) and glycerol at 30wt%(30 wt% of starch dry group),its performance is significantly improved,the strong tensile strength reach(30.4±1.7) MPa.Compatibility significantly affects macroscopic mechanical properties,so the rational dosage of PVE and glycerol is key.
