摘 要:将聚甲醛(POM)纤维浸泡在pH值分别为5.5,8.0的人工汗液中,通过改变浸泡温度和浸泡时间,研究人工汗液浸泡处理对POM纤维的甲醛含量、热稳定性能、力学性能和表面形貌的影响。结果表明:随着浸泡时间的延长,POM纤维在人工汗液中浸泡后,萃取出的甲醛含量呈现先缓慢上升后缓慢下降的趋势;随着浸泡温度的提高,POM纤维在人工汗液中浸泡后,萃取出的甲醛含量呈现不断上升的趋势;浸泡温度为40℃时,POM纤维在pH值为5.5,8.0的人工汗液中浸泡60 min后,萃取出的甲醛含量均低于10μg/g;浸泡时间为240 min时,POM纤维在50℃人工汗液中浸泡后萃取出的甲醛含量均低于20μg/g,在65℃人工汗液中浸泡后萃取出的甲醛含量均低于40μg/g;相比pH值为8.0的人工汗液,POM纤维在pH值为5.5的人工汗液中浸泡后萃取出的甲醛含量略低;人工汗液浸泡处理对POM纤维的热稳定性能、力学性能及表面形貌没有明显的影响。Polyoxymethylene(POM)fibers were soaked in artificial sweat with pH values of 5.5 and 8.0 respectively.The effects of artificial sweat soaking treatment on the formaldehyde content,thermal stability,mechanical properties and surface morphology of POM fibers were studied by changing the soaking temperature and soaking time.The results showed that the content of formaldehyde extracted from POM fibers showed a trend of slowly rising first and then slowly falling with the prolongation of soaking time during soaking in artificial sweat;the content of formaldehyde extracted from POM fibers showed a continuously rising trend with the increase of soaking temperature during soaking in artificial sweat;the content of formaldehyde extracted from POM fibers was less than 10μg/g while soaking in artificial sweat with pH values of 5.5 and 8.0 for 60 min when the soaking temperature was 40℃;the content of formaldehyde extracted from POM fibers was lower than 20μg/g while soaking in artificial sweat at 50℃and was lower than 40μg/g while soaking in artificial sweat at 65℃when the soaking time was 240 min;compared with the artificial sweat with a pH value of 8.0,the artificial sweat with a pH value of 5.5 provided slightly lower content of formaldehyde extracted from POM fiber;and the thermal stability,mechanical properties and surface morphology of POM fibers were not significantly affected by artificial sweat soaking.
