用于钢箱梁桥面沥青铺装层的改性沥青及混合料性能研究

摘  要:鉴于胶粉和SBS复合改性的优良性能,选用A沥青作为桥面铺装胶结料,选用.级配SMA-13和AC-10,以B沥青为对比,通过车辙试验、动态蠕变试验和动态模量试验,利用动稳定度、流动荷载作用次数和动态模量主曲线对比研究A沥青混合料的高温性能,通过间接拉伸疲劳试验得出的疲劳寿命评价材料疲劳性能。研究表明:A沥青SMA-13级配和AC-10均具有较好高温性能和疲劳性能,动稳定次数接近10000次,且多种温度下动态蠕变曲线均未达到第三阶段,其中AC-10级配高温性能和疲劳性能稍优;A沥青混合料相较于B沥青在高频(低温)时粘性成分高,低频(高温)时弹性成分高;三种混合料水稳定性均满足要求。For the excellent performance of composite modification of rubber powder and SBS,asphalt A is selected as the binder for bridge deck pavement.With aggregate of SMA-13 and AC-10,the high tem-perature performance of asphalt A mixture is compared with asphalt B using dynamic stability,flow load action times and dynamic modulus master curve by rutting test,dynamic creep test and dynamic modulus test.The fatigue performance of the material is evaluated through fatigue life obtained from the indirect tensile fatigue test.The results show that both SMA-13 and AC-10 aggregate of asphalt A have good high temperature per-formance and fatigue performance,the dynamic stability times are close to 10000,and dynamic creep curves at various temperatures do not reached the third stage,of which AC-10 gradation has slightly better than that of SMA-13 in high temperature performance and fatigue performance.Compared with asphalt B,asphalt A mixture has higher viscous component at high frequency(low temperature)and higher elastic component at low frequency(high temperature).The water stability of the three mixtures meets the requirements.
