摘　　要：以高职院校面向社会开展无损检测职业技能培训为例,分析了当前诸多企业培训的现状及存在的问题。选取代表性企业进行试验,从优化培训方案、政府统筹引导、加大培训考核力度、校企共建培训资源及提升师资水平等5个方面提出了切实可行的措施。实践证明,试点企业员工的培训积极性、技能水平、职业资格证获取数量及质量、工作积极性都有显著提升,且企业产品质量也有提高。研究可为高职院校面向社会开展无损检测职业技能培训提供借鉴。Taking the non-destructive testing vocational skills training for the society in higher vocational colleges as an example, the current situation and existing problems of many enterprise training are analyzed. Representative enterprises were selected to conduct experiments and some practical measures were put forward from the following five aspects: optimizing training programs, government overall guidance, increasing training assessment, school-enterprise co-construction of training resources, and improving the level of teachers. Practice has proved that the training enthusiasm, skill level, quantity and quality of vocational qualification certificates, work enthusiasm and enterprise product quality have been significantly improved by pilot enterprises. The research can provide reference for higher vocational colleges to carry out nondestructive testing vocational skills training for the society.
