FN1、LZTS2、ERBB3在甲状腺癌演进过程中表达水平变化分析

摘　　要：目的分析纤连蛋白1(FN1)、亮氨酸拉链肿瘤抑制因子2(LZTS2)、Erb-B2受体酪氨酸激酶3(ERBB3)在甲状腺癌演进过程中的表达水平变化情况。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月该院收治的110例甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测甲状腺癌组织和癌旁组织中FN1 mRNA、LZTS2 mRNA、ERBB3 mRNA的表达水平。比较甲状腺癌组织与癌旁组织中FN1 mRNA、LZTS2 mRNA、ERBB3 mRNA表达水平,并比较不同临床病理特征甲状腺癌患者FN1 mRNA、LZTS2 mRNA、ERBB3 mRNA表达水平。根据甲状腺癌组织中FN1 mRNA、LZTS2 mRNA、ERBB3 mRNA表达水平分为高表达组和低表达组,采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制不同FN1 mRNA、LZTS2 mRNA、ERBB3 mRNA表达水平甲状腺癌患者生存曲线。结果与癌旁组织比较,甲状腺癌组织中FN1 mRNA、ERBB3 mRNA表达水平均升高,LZTS2 mRNA表达水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移甲状腺癌患者FN1 mRNA、LZTS2 mRNA、ERBB3 mRNA表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中位随访40个月,110例甲状腺癌患者总生存率为81.82%(90/110)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线结果显示,FN1 mRNA、ERBB3 mRNA高表达组总生存率低于FN1 mRNA、ERBB3 mRNA低表达组,LZTS2 mRNA高表达组总生存率高于LZTS2 mRNA低表达组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌组织中FN1 mRNA、ERBB3 mRNA呈高表达,LZTS2 mRNA呈低表达,与TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关,可作为甲状腺癌预后的评估指标。Objective To analyze the changes in expression levels of fibronectin 1(FN1),leucine zipper tumor suppressor 2(LZTS2)and Erb-B2 receptor tyrosine kinase 3(ERBB3)during the evolution of thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with thyroid cancer who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as research objects,and real time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression levels of FN1 mRNA,LZTS2 mRNA and ERBB3 mRNA in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.The expression levels of FN1 mRNA,LZTS2 mRNA and ERBB3 mRNA in thyroid cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared,and the expression levels of FN1 mRNA,LZTS2 mRNA and ERBB3 mRNA in thyroid cancer patients with different clinicopathological characteristics were compared.According to the expression levels of FN1 mRNA,LZTS2 mRNA and ERBB3 mRNA in thyroid cancer tissues,they were divided into high expression group and low expression group.Kaplan-Meier method was used to plot the survival curves of thyroid cancer patients with different expression levels of FN1 mRNA,LZTS2 mRNA and ERBB3 mRNA.Results Compared with adjacent tissues,the expression levels of FN1 mRNA and ERBB3 mRNA in thyroid cancer tissues increased,and the expression level of LZTS2 mRNA decreased and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences on the expression levels of FN1 mRNA,LZTS2 mRNA and ERBB3 mRNA in patients with different TNM stages and with or without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).At a median follow-up of 40 months,the overall survival rate of 110 thyroid cancer patients was 81.82%(90/110).Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed that the overall survival rates in the FN1 mRNA high expression group and ERBB3 mRNA high expression group were lower than those in the FN1 mRNA low expression group and ERBB3 mRNA low expression group,and the overall survival rate in the LZTS2 mRNA high expression group was higher than that in the LZTS2 mRNA low expression group,and the diffe
