摘　　要：为了提高生产过程的网络化、智能化,以机械手控制为例,通过VNC技术无线控制触摸屏、PLC实现远程控制功能,结果显示可实现远程PLC的固件更新、程序上传下载、程序监控,以及HMI的远程模拟运行,通过一系列的远程操作,大大节约了设备的运维成本。In order to improve the networking and intelligence of the production process,taking manipulator control as an example,the touch screen and PLC are wirelessly controlled by VNC technology to achieve remote control functions.The results show that remote PLC firmware update,program upload and download,program monitoring,and HMI Remote simulation operation,through a series of remote operations,greatly saves equipment operation and maintenance costs.
