摘 要:为建立AWD(All-Wheel Drive)车辆的横向扭矩矢量控制主动后差速器机械原理仿真模型,在设计阶段预测横向扭矩矢量控制模型性能,分析给出了德国采埃孚公司Vector Drive扭矩矢量控制装置机械原理,并建立其行星齿轮扭矩间数学模型,推导给出了车轮合扭矩计算公式。在AMESim中建立了带有能够进行横向扭矩矢量控制的主动后差速器AWD车辆,对比分析了有无矢量控制的仿真结果异同和具体控制性能,为车辆横向扭矩矢量控制模型建模与仿真研究提供了参考。In order to establish the mechanical principle simulation model of active rear differential with lateral torque vector control for all wheel drive vehicles and predict the performance of lateral torque vector control model,the mechanical principle of vector drive torque vector control device of ZF company in Germany is analyzed and given,the mathematical model of planetary gear torque is established,and the calculation formula of wheel torque is deduced.An all wheel drive vehicle with active rear differential capable of lateral torque vector control is established in AMESim.The similarities and differences of simulation results and specific control performance with and without vector control are compared and analyzed,which provides a reference for the modeling and simulation of vehicle lateral torque vector control model.
