摘  要:基于GT-Power与生物柴油的理化特性,研究某大功率柴油机在同一负载下燃用不同配比生物柴油(B0、B10、B20、B50)时,应用变凸轮型线米勒循环和变气阀重叠角米勒循环对其动力和排放性能的影响,分析柴油机在不同米勒度下功率、油耗、NO_(x)的变化情况。实验结果表明:运用两种米勒循环均可以提高功率、降低油耗、减少碳烟和NO_(x)的排放,且功率、油耗、碳烟排放、NO_(x)排放变化趋势一致;功率发生变化的拐点在30°CA,油耗变化拐点在20°CA,碳烟排放发生变化的拐点在40°CA。在柴油机燃用不同配比生物柴油时,运用两种米勒循环的NO_(x)排放减少的效果显著,变气阀重叠角米勒循环的减排效果优于变凸轮型线米勒循环。综合分析可以得出,提高柴油机性能的最佳方案为:采用变气阀重叠角米勒循环,燃用B10生物柴油,米勒度为30°CA。Based on the physical and chemical properties of GT-Power and biodiesel, this paper studies the influence of variable CAM profile Miller cycle and variable valve overlap angle Miller cycle on the power and emission performance of a high-power diesel engine burning different ratio of biodiesel(B0, B10, B20, B50) under the same load. The changes of power, fuel consumption and NO_(x) of diesel engine under different Miller degrees are analyzed. The test results show that the use of both Miller cycles can improve power, reduce fuel consumption, soot and NO_(x)emissions;and the trend of power, fuel consumption, soot emission and NO_(x)emission is consistent;the inflection point of power change is at 30 °CA, the inflection point of fuel consumption change is at 20 °CA, and the inflection point of soot emission change is at 40 °CA. The effect of reducing NO_(x)emission is remarkable when diesel engines are fueled with different biodiesel and using two Miller cycles. The effect of variable valve overlap angle Miller cycle is better than that of variable cam profile Miller cycle. From the comprehensive analysis, it can be concluded that the best solution to the improvement of performance of diesel engine is to adopt the Miller cycle of variable valve overlap angle, and to use B10 biodiesel with a Miller degree of 30 °CA.
