组织伦理氛围对运动员体育道德发展的影响研究:基于中介与调节

摘　　要：为探讨组织伦理氛围、组织信任和伦理型教练员对运动员体育道德行为的影响,采用问卷调查法对506名专业运动员进行测试。研究结果显示:1)组织信任在自利型伦理氛围对运动员体育道德影响中未起到中介作用,伦理型教练员在自利型伦理氛围通过组织信任影响运动员体育道德的中介过程中起到显著调节作用。2)组织信任在关怀型伦理氛围对运动员体育道德影响中起部分中介作用,伦理型教练员在关怀型伦理氛围通过组织信任影响运动员体育道德的中介过程中起到显著调节作用。3)组织信任在规则型伦理氛围对运动员体育道德影响中起部分中介作用,伦理型教练员在规则型伦理氛围通过组织信任影响运动员体育道德的中介过程中起到显著调节作用。In order to explore the influence of organizational ethical climate,organizational trust and ethical coaches on athletes’sportsmanship behavior,506 professional athletes were tested through questionnaire survey.The results show that:1)In self-interested ethical climate,organizational trust does not play a mediating role in the influence of athletes’sportsmanship,while ethical coaches play a significant moderating role in the mediating process of the influence on athletes’sportsmanship through organizational trust.2)In caring ethical climate,organizational trust plays a partial mediating role in the influence on athletes’sportsmanship,and ethical coaches play a significant moderating role in the mediating process of the influence on athletes’sportsmanship through organizational trust.3)In rule-based ethical climate,organizational trust plays a partial mediating role in the influence on athletes’sportsmanship,and ethical coaches play a significant moderating role in the mediating process of the influence on athletes’sportsmanship through organizational trust.
