摘　　要：步入新发展阶段,紧密围绕国家战略布局,坚持从供需两端双向发力,是推动我国体育产业迈向更高质量发展和加快融入“双循环”新发展格局的必经之路。采用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,探究“双循环”新发展格局下体育产业供求均衡的生成逻辑,从供给端和需求侧两个层面审视当前体育产业发展面临的市场主体活力不强、要素流通渠道不顺畅、政策落地落实不理想、消费需求结构不均衡、体育投资结构不合理和进出口贸易结构失衡等现实样态,并有针对性地提出激发体育市场主体活力、引导资源要素有序流动、健全相关配套政策制度、扩大体育消费市场规模、建立投资基金法律体系和推动更高水平对外开放等实现体育产业供求均衡的纾解方略。Stepping into the new development stage,closely centering on the national strategic layout,and insisting on two-way efforts from both ends of supply and demand are the only way to push China’s sports industry towards higher quality development and accelerate its integration into the“dual circulation”new development pattern.By using the research methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explores the generative logic of the supply-demand balance of sports industry under the“dual circulation”new development pattern,and examines the reality faced by the current sports industry development,such as weak vitality of market players,unsmooth circulation channels of factors,unsatisfactory implementation of policies,unbalanced consumption demand structure,unreasonable sports investment structure and unba-lanced import and export trade structure.It also puts forward some relief strategies to realize the balance between supply and demand of sports industry,such as stimulating the vitality of sports market players,guiding the orderly flow of resource elements,perfecting relevant supporting policies and systems,expanding the scale of sports consumption market,establish-ing the legal system of investment funds and promoting a higher level of opening to the outside world.
