摘  要:陀螺减摇器通过高速旋转的转子所产生的一个与船舶摇摆方向相反的反作用力矩而产生减摇效果.目前,对陀螺减摇器的研究通常只涉及到陀螺与船舶的相互作用,不能全面阐明陀螺减摇器对波浪中船舶的真实减摇效果.文中采用理论分析方法对陀螺减摇器的工作机理进行了分析,结果表明船舶在一定的装载状况和工况下,其横摇幅值只与波浪激励力矩和陀螺转子的动量矩有关.采用STAR-CCM+软件,建立了基于三维数值波浪水槽技术的陀螺减摇器-船舶-波浪的全系统流体力学模型,对应用于某拖船上的陀螺减摇器进行数值仿真研究.仿真结果表明:陀螺减摇器在多种工况下均具有显著的减摇效果,减摇率受到陀螺减摇器工作参数、海况参数等因素的影响;在转子转速较高,有义波高、周期及浪向角较小的工况下,陀螺减摇器具有更高的减摇率.The gyrostabilizer produces an anti-rolling effect through a restoring torque generated by a high-speed rotating rotor that is opposite to the ship′s swing direction.Current research on gyrostabilizer usually only involves the interaction between the gyro device and the ship,which cannot clarifies the real anti-rolling effect of the gyrostabilizer on the ship in waves comprehensively.In this paper,the theoretical analysis method is used to analyze the working mechanism of the gyrostabilizer.The results indicate that for a ship under certain loading and working conditions,its roll amplitude is only related to the wave excitation moment and the moment of inertia of the gyrostabilizer.Further,a full-system hydrodynamic model of gyrostabilizer-ship-wave is established based on the three-dimensional numerical wave flume technology using the STAR-CCM+software.And the numerical simulation on the gyrostabilizer used on a tugboat is conducted.The simulation results show that the gyrostabilizer has significant roll stabilization effects under various working conditions.The roll reduction rate is affected by factors such as the working parameters of gyrostabilizer and sea conditions.The gyrostabilizer has the high roll stabilization efficiency under the working conditions where the rotor speed is high and the significant wave height,the period and the wave direction angle are small.
