摘 要:目的:了解心导管室护士实施PCI术前访视的工作体验,为优化访视模式,持续深入推进访视工作提供参考。方法:采用现象学研究方法,于2021年5月至7月对10名实施PCI术前访视的护士进行半结构式深入访谈,应用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果:心导管室护士实施PCI术前访视的工作体验可归纳为3个主题:工作认同、访视中的新问题、需优化的内容。结论:PCI术前访视模式的实施得到心导管室护士认可,获得患者、医生的肯定与支持,但医院应加强人力资源配置,采取一系列措施优化PCI术前访视模式,以保证访视工作的可持续性。Objective:To explore the experience of nurses in cardiac catheterization room implementing preoperative visit for patients prior to percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),in order to adjust the mode of preoperative visit,provide reference for continuously promoting it.Methods:Phenomenological research method was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 10 nurses who implemented preoperative visit before PCI from May to July 2021.Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the data.Results:The work experience of nurses can be summarized into 3 themes:job identity,new problems in visit,content to be optimized.Conclusion:The implementation of the visit mode before PCI was recognized by nurses in the cardiac catheterization room,and was affirmed and supported by patients and doctors.However,the hospital leaders should strengthen the allocation of human resources,take a series of measures to optimize the visiting mode before PCI to ensure the sustainability of visit.
