摘　　要：在新时代背景下,理解新生代大学生为什么要创业是一个重要的理论和现实问题。本文以全国30所高校的调查数据为基础,研究了新生代大学生的创业动机,并对普通创业大学生和社会创业大学生的创业动机进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,新生代大学生的创业动机主要以生活型、事业型创业为主,创业动机包括实现个人理想、追求自由自在的生活方式、赚钱、报效祖国等,能够将个人对生活的追求与个人理想、报效祖国的动机相结合。研究还发现,普通创业大学生与社会创业大学生的创业动机存在差异。具体而言,社会创业大学生更加倾向于事业型创业动机,将实现个人理想、服务社会作为主要的创业动机。研究结果为高校有针对性地开展创业教育提供了经验证据。In the new era,understanding why the new generation of university students want to startup is an important theoretical and practical problem.Based on the survey of 30 universities in China,this paper studies the entrepreneurial motivation of the new generation of university students,and makes a comparative analysis of motivations between ordinary and social entrepreneurial students.The results showed that university students’entrepreneurial motivation was mainly life-oriented and career-oriented,including realizing personal ideals,pursuing a free lifestyle,making money,and serving the motherland.They managed to combine personal pursuit of life with personal ideals and serving the motherland.This study also found that there were differences in entrepreneurial motivation between ordinary entrepreneurial students and social entrepreneurial ones.Specifically,social entrepreneurship students were more inclined to be career-oriented,and take realizing personal ideals and serving the society as the main motivation.These findings provide implications for targeted entrepreneurship education in universities.
