摘　　要：囊膜支持不足通常是由眼外伤或晶状体手术引起的囊膜缺失,或者是由先天性晶状体异常引起的。上述情况下,人工晶状体虽然不能依靠囊膜支撑的方法植入,但依然可通过其他固定方法植入。该文对临床传统的以及近年发展的几种针对囊膜支持不足的人工晶状体植入手术方法进行综述,重点阐述手术指征、特性和要点,为临床开展相关工作提供参考。Capsular insufficiency is usually caused by loss of the capsule due to ocular trauma or lens surgery or by congenital lens abnormalities.In the above cases,although the intraocular lens cannot be implanted by means of capsular support,it can still be implanted by other fixation methods.This article reviews the traditional clinical and recent development of several intraocular lens implantation surgical methods for insufficient capsular support,focusing on the surgical indications,characteristics and key points,to provide a reference for the clinical development of related work.
