习近平新时代人民观系统探析

摘　　要：本文运用系统思维,借鉴“五位一体”“四个全面”战略思想作为探索路径,系统探析习近平新时代人民观的来源、内涵和路径。从逻辑向度分析,习近平新时代人民观来源包括:人民创造历史的认识向度、人民中心论的价值向度、传统民本思想的历史向度、基层工作的实践向度。从系统维度探析,习近平新时代人民观的内涵可概括为“五维一体”的整体人民观,即经济维度:人民获得观;政治维度:人民主体观;文化维度:人民自信观;社会维度:人民幸福观;生态维度:人民生态观。从实践机制探讨,包括目标、动力、保障和调控等机制。In this paper,we use systematic thinking and draw lessons from the“five in one”and“four comprehensive”strategic thinking as the exploration path,and systematically explore the source,connotation and path of Xi Jinping’s outlook on the people in the new era.From the analysis of the logical dimension,the sources of people’s view in Xi Jinping’s new era include:the people’s understanding of history,the value orientation of people centered theory,the historical dimension of Traditional People-oriented Thought,and the practical dimension of grass-roots work.From the system dimension,the connotation of Xi Jinping’s concept of the people in the new era can be summed up as the“five dimensional unity”concept of the whole people,that is,the economic dimension of People’s getting,political dimensions of People’s subjective view,cultural dimension of People’s self-confidence,social dimension of People’s happiness and ecological dimension of People’s ecological view.This paper discusses the practical mechanism,including the goal,motivation,guarantee and regulation mechanism.
