摘 要:设计了3个缩尺TT型空心截面管节点试件,其中一个未采用CFRP加固,其余两个分别用8层和12层CFRP缠绕加固.对3个试件进行轴压试验测试,研究TT型管节点的破坏模式以及承载力.试验结果表明:CFRP加固可以有效地限制TT型管节点变形,加固后管节点的刚度明显提高,试件最终失效模式为整体强度屈服破坏.通过3个试件的荷载-挠度曲线对比可知,加固8层以及12层CFRP的TT型管节点承载力与未加固试件相比分别提高了52.6%和81.9%.研究结果表明:CFRP加固可以有效提高TT型管节点的承载力,CFRP的最佳加固层数为12层.Three scale circular hollow section tubular TT-joints are designed,in which one specimen is not strengthened with CFRPs,and the other two are wrapped with 8 and 12 layers of CFRPs respectively.Three specimens are tested under axial compression,then the failure mode and strength of TT tubular joints are studied.The experimental results indicate that the deformation of TT-joints can be limited effectively by CFRP reinforcement,and the stiffness of tubular joints are improved obviously.The final failure mode of the specimen is the yield failure of overall strength.According to the comparison of load-deflection curves of the three specimens,the bearing capacity of TT-joints strengthed with 8 and 12 layers of CFRPs are increased by 52.6% and 81.9% respectively,compared with the unreinforced specimens.The results show that CFRP can effectively improve the load-bearing capacity of TT-joints,and the optimal number of CFRP reinforcement layers is 12.
