摘　　要：根据当前临床脐疗需求,研制出一种智能脐疗艾灸仪。主要原理是基于STM32单片机、通过电加热艾饼或者药粉,模拟艾灸时产生的温热效应、辐射效应、艾的药性和气味、艾灸时间-温度曲线。在保证安全的前提下,在多场景进行无烟化、便携式地脐疗。通过PID算法对艾灸的温度和时间进行精确智能控制,并通过ESP8266接入WIFI,利用物联网技术在微信小程序中进行定位、实时操作和监测。在皮肤接触处、近皮肤周围、加热核心设置多个温度传感器进行实时检测,结合控温算法对温度进行精确控制,对实物的多次实验后得出最佳的PID参数,保证工作时的安全可靠性。提出的设计方案有效地避免了传统艾灸产生的刺激性烟味和非智能化,有助于临床脐疗艾灸仪研究的量化。According to the current clinical need for umbilical therapy, an intelligent moxibustion instrument for umbilical therapy has been developed. The main principle is based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer, through elec tric heating of moxa cake or powder, to simulate the warming effect, radiation effect, medicinal properties and smell of moxa, and time-temperature curve of moxibustion during moxibustion. On the premise of ensuring safety, smoke-free, portable ground cord therapy is performed in multiple scenarios. The temperature and time of moxibustion are accurately and intelligently controlled through PID algorithm, and WIFI is connected through ESP8266, and the Internet of Things technology is used for positioning, real-time operation and monitoring in the WeChat applet. Set multiple temperature sensors at the skin contact, near the skin, and the heating core for real-time detection, combined with the temperature control algorithm to accurately control the temperature, and obtain the best PID parameters after multiple experiments on the real object to ensure safety at work reliability. The proposed design effectively avoids the irritating smoke smell and non-intelligence produced by traditional moxibustion, which is helpful for the quantification of the research on clinical umbilical therapy moxibustion instrument.
