摘  要:随着低轨互联网卫星的发展,空间行波管的使用数量将急剧增加,但由于行波管加工工艺复杂,制造过程繁琐,大量工序为手工制造,自动化水平极低,不可控因素过多,给产品一致性、生产效率提升、大规模生产和成本控制带来很大难度。本文开展了以Ka100W行波管高频结构自动化装配技术的研究,实验结果表明在效率、一致性、精度方面都有大幅度提升,为后续传统制造工艺进行全面升级,从手工制造到自动化制造、智能制造的行波管工业规模化规范化生产提供了支撑。With the development of low earth orbit Internet satellites, the number of space TWTs will increase sharply. However, due to the complex processing technology, cumbersome manufacturing process, manual manufacturing of a large number of processes, extremely low automation level and too many uncontrollable factors, it is very difficult to improve product consistency, production efficiency, largescale production and cost control. In this paper, the automatic assembly technology of ka100w TWT high-frequency structure is studied.The experimental results show that the efficiency, consistency and accuracy have been greatly improved, which provides support for the comprehensive upgrading of the follow-up traditional manufacturing process and the large-scale and standardized production of TWT industry from manual manufacturing to automatic manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing.
