摘 要:柴油机降油耗对冷却系统低能耗提出了要求,电控水泵在柴油机上的应用变得普遍,电控水泵可降低水泵消耗的功率,起到降低油耗的作用,水泵的流量变化对柴油机冷却液温度的影响及机油温度的影响至关重要,机油温度影响柴油机的摩擦功,本文将建立柴油机本体传热、冷却系统、润滑系统模型,分析冷却液流量变化对柴油机冷却液温度及主油道机油温度的影响,为智能冷却系统电控水泵的应用分析提供支持。Diesel fuel consumption reduction demands low energy consumption in the cooling system,electric water pump application in diesel engine is more and more common,electric water pump can reduce the consumption of water pump power,which can reduce fuel consumption,the pump flow rate change on the influence of the diesel engine coolant temperature and oil temperature is essential,the oil temperature affect the friction power of diesel engine,This paper will establish the diesel engine body heat transfer,cooling system,lubrication system model,analyze the influence of coolant flow rate change on the diesel engine coolant temperature and oil temperature of main oil gallery,to provide support for the intelligent cooling system electronic control pump application analysis.
