摘 要:本文用模拟Fenton试剂可以氧化罗丹明染色剂来测定臭氧化油样品的过氧化值。实验中以臭氧化油代替Fenton试剂中的过氧化氢而形成强氧化产物。它可以使罗丹明B溶液荧光减弱,根据减弱的强度,确定过氧化值。结果显现,在过氧化值为1.00×10^(-8)~1.42×10^(-5) mol/L的范围内,过氧化值与荧光的减弱强度成线性关系,其方程为ΔI=30.35c+24.374相关系数r=0.998,检出限为2.65μmol/L。通过对臭氧化油样品的测试,结果较好。Oxidization of rhodamine dye by simulated Fenton reagent is used to determine the peroxide value of ozonated oil samples. In the experiment,hydrogen peroxide was replaced by ozonated oil in Fenton reagent to form strong oxidational products, which weakened the fluorescence intensity of Rhodamine B solution. The peroxide value was determined according to the reduced intensity. The results show that the peroxide value has a linear relationship with the weakening intensity of fluorescence as the PV is in the range of 1.00x×10^(-8)~1.42×10^(-5) mol/L, and its equation is ΔI = 30.35c + 24.374, correlation coefficient r=0.998. The detection limit is 2.65 μmol/L. The results are acceptable in the test of ozonated oil samples.
