摘  要:氯气是重要的化工原料,我国的氯碱生产工艺主要以电解法为主。离子膜电解法生产氯气的工艺主要包括盐水精制、电解和压缩液化三个过程。氯气生产和储存中主要存在易燃易爆性、毒性和腐蚀性三个危险有害因素,并针对每个工艺过程,提出控制生产工艺条件、防止发生泄漏、提升建筑防爆性能等防火技术措施。根据氯气的理化性质,提出氯气发生泄漏事故时的应急处置措施。Chlorine is an important chemical raw material, and the production process of chlor alkali in China is mainly electrolysis. The process of chlorine production by ion-exchange membrane electrolysis mainly includes brine refining, electrolysis and compression liquefaction. There are mainly three dangerous and harmful factors in chlorine production and storage, namely, flammability, explosiveness, toxicity and corrosivity. For each process, fire prevention technical measures such as controlling production process conditions, preventing leakage, and improving the explosion-proof performance of buildings are proposed.According to the physical and chemical properties of chlorine, the emergency disposal measures for chlorine leakage accidents are proposed.
