摘　　要：MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类内源性非编码小分子RNA,长度为20~23个核苷酸。MicroRNA-125(miR-125)是一个高度保守的miRNA家族,由miR-125a、miR-125b-1和miR-125b-2组成。越来越多的证据表明miR-125参与体内的多种病理生理过程,调节包括免疫细胞在内的多种细胞的稳态和分化,与多种自身免疫性疾病密切相关,有望成为新的治疗靶点。本文综述了miR-125家族与自身免疫性疾病、免疫细胞的关系及其最新研究进展。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of endogenous non coding small RNA,with a length of 20~23 nucleotides.MicroRNA-125(miR-125)is a highly conserved miRNA family,which is composed of miR-125 a,miR-125 b-1 and miR-125 b-2.More and more evidences show that miR-125 participates in a variety of pathophysiological processes in vivo,regulates the homeostasis and differentiation of a variety of cells,including immune cells,and is closely related to a variety of autoimmune diseases,which is expected to become a new therapeutic target.This paper reviews the relationship between miR-125 family and autoimmune diseases and immune cells.
