摘  要:为调查某地市售蔬菜中重金属污染物情况,评价食用蔬菜摄入重金属对消费者的健康危害,随机采集该地辖区范围内3类场所中所售的9种常见蔬菜样本共253个,采用国家标准方法对蔬菜中铅、镉、汞3种重金属进行检测。结果表明,该地市售蔬菜中铅超标率为0.4%,镉和汞均未超标,市售蔬菜总体处于安全可靠范围。少量品种蔬菜的重金属污染程度超出警戒线范围,镉超出警戒线范围占比为18.6%,铅超出警戒线范围占比为10.7%,汞均未超警戒线,长期食用可能会对食用者造成健康影响。In order to investigate the situation of heavy metal pollutants in commercially available vegetables in a certain place and evaluate the health hazards of heavy metals ingested by edible vegetables to consumers, a total of 253 samples of 9 kinds of vegetables sold in 3 types of places within the jurisdiction of the place were randomly collected, and 3 kinds of heavy metals in vegetables were detected by national standard methods. The results show that the lead exceeding the standard rate in the commercially available vegetables in the place is 0.4%, cadmium and mercury are not exceeded, the commercially available vegetables are generally in the safe and reliable range, the heavy metal pollution of a small number of varieties of vegetables exceeds the warning line, the proportion of cadmium exceeding the warning line is 18.6%, the proportion of lead exceeding the warning line is 10.7%, and the mercury is not exceeding the warning line, and long-term consumption may have a health impact on the eaters.
