摘　　要：目的:利用高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用法同时快速准确地测定鸡蛋中6种喹诺酮类药物(恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、培氟沙星和洛美沙星)的残留。方法:样品用酸化乙腈溶液提取,无水硫酸钠干燥,浓缩定容后经Oasis PRiME HLB固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪测定,内标法定量分析。结果:在相应浓度范围内,6种喹诺酮类药物线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)均大于0.99,检出限为1-4μg·L^(-1),回收率在70.4%-117.8%,相对标准偏差小于15%。结论:该方法可以满足鸡蛋中上述6种喹诺酮类药物的测定需求。Objective: To use high performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry to simultaneously rapidly and accurately determine six quinolones(enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin, norfloxacin, pefloxacin and lomefloxacin) in eggs. Method: The samples were extracted with acidified acetonitrile solution, dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, concentrated to constant volume, purified by Oasis PRiME HLB solid phase extraction column, determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer, and quantitatively analyzed by internal standard method. Result: Within the corresponding concentration range, the six quinolones had a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient R^(2) was greater than 0.99, the detection limit was 1 - 4 μg·L^(-1), the recovery rate was 70.4% - 117.8%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 15%. Conclusion: This method can meet the determination requirements of the above six quinolones in eggs.
