摘 要:针对传统SVPWM过调制算法在嵌入式MCU中实现较为复杂、计算量大等问题,提出了一种基于120°非正交坐标系的SVPWM过调制算法。120°坐标系的引入简化了扇区判断,有效减少了浮点数乘除运算。在此基础上,结合最小幅值误差原理,利用三相电压的作用时间调整过调制区域内参考电压矢量的幅值和相角,避免了复杂的保持角和控制角的计算。最后,统一了线性调制区和过调制区的求解流程。仿真和实验验证了该算法的有效性和优越性。Aiming at the problems of complex implementation and large amount of calculation of traditional SVPWM over modulation algorithm in embedded MCU,a SVPWM over-modulation algorithm in 120°non-orthogonal coordinate system is proposed.The introduction of the 120°coordinate system simplifies sector judgment and effectively reduces the multiplication and division of floating-point numbers.On this basis,combined with the principle of minimum amplitude error,the amplitude and phase angle of the reference voltage vector in the over-modulation region are adjusted by the action time of the three-phase voltage,which avoids the complicated calculation of the holding angle and the control angle.Finally,the solution flow of the linear modulation region and the over-modulation region is unified.The effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm are verified by simulation and experiments.
