摘  要:近年来随着新型冠状病毒肺炎的爆发流行,新冠肺炎的防控工作让医学检验专业进入了大众视野,医学检验专业人才为新冠肺炎的筛查和辅助诊断发挥了重要作用。如何不负重托,培养合格的医学检验专业人才更好地为疫情防控提供服务,对医学检验专业的带教工作提出了新的挑战。临床实习是学生从学校理论知识的学习到适应临床实验室工作的关键阶段,通过总结在新冠疫情下带教医学检验专业学生临床实习中的一些经验,助力培养合格的医学检验人才。In recent years, with the outbreak of COVID-19, the prevention and control of COVID-19 has brought the medical laboratory major into the public view, and medical laboratory professionals have played an important role in the screening and auxiliary diagnosis of COVID-19. How to train qualified medical laboratory professionals to better provide services for the pandemic prevention and control has brought new challenges to our medical laboratory teaching work. Clinical practice is a key stage for students to change from studying theoretical knowledge in school to adapting to clinical laboratory work. We have summarized some experience in teaching the students of medical laboratory major in clinical practice under the COVID-19 pandemic, hoping to be helpful in the cultivation of qualified medical laboratory talents.
