摘  要:课程思政是实现立德树人、“三全育人”的重要途径,也是新时代高职院校“三教改革”的重要任务之一。为构建全学科协同育人的“大思政”格局,我们对“管理学基础”的课程教学进行了创新设计和实践,依照企业发展轨迹,重构教学内容,深挖课程知识中的思政元素,以问题和成果为导向组织教与学,激发学生学习兴趣和自觉主动学习的动力,旨在培养学生树立现代管理观、新时代的责任感和历史使命感,实现立德树人的育人目的。“Curriculum ideological and political education” is an important way to realize the goal of “building morality and cultivating talents”, and it is also one of the important tasks of the three education reforms of in the aspects of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods in higher vocational colleges in the new era. In order to construct the pattern of “curriculum ideological and political education” of interdisciplinary collaborative education, we have made innovative design and have practiced in the course of Fundamentals of Management,reconstructed the teaching contents according to the development track of enterprises, and dug deep into the ideological and political elements in the course, and organized teaching and learning under the guidance of problems and achievements, so as to stimulate students’ interest in learning and motivation for self-conscious and active learning, cultivate students’ sense of responsibility and historical mission in the new era, and realize the goal of “building morality and cultivating talents”.
