摘  要:电子对抗军事类课程是系统讲授电子战条件下军事活动规律与特点的一种新的课程类别,在我军电子对抗人才培养体系中具有骨干支撑作用。由于深度融合了电子对抗技术与军事学理论知识,当前MTCEC的教学效果还不能充分满足新型军事人才的培养要求,教学质量亟待提高。在充分梳理MTCEC教学所面临问题的基础上,通过深入分析背后的制约因素,探讨提升MTCEC教学质量的对策措施,为持续推进教学改革,提高高素质新型军事人才的培养质量提供参考。The military theory course of Electronic Countermeasure is a new type course, which aims at teaching military students the law and characteristics of military activities within electronic warfare background.With the modern war extending its domain to electromagnetic spectrum, MTCEC provides military talents education system a backbone support. Due to the deep integration of electronic countermeasure technology and military theory, the present teaching effectiveness of MTCEC is far from being able to meet new military talents training demand. In this paper, the problems that confront with MTCEC teaching issue are sorted out firstly.Secondly, an in-depth analysis of constraint behind teaching problems is made in detail. Based on this, thirdly, we carefully discuss the method of improving MTCEC teaching quality. The results of this paper can provide a valuable reference for promoting teaching reform and upgrading high-caliber military personnel training quality.
