摘 要:大数据时代推动了医学教育的革命性发展。借助人工智能推动数据库平台的建设,用于急诊危重症教学,便于制定个体化的网络学习课程,大大提高了医学生的情境代入感,帮助其更快地适应角色转换。同时,人工智能将提高科研数据库的挖掘和利用,促进多学科、多中心合作。然而,人工智能固有的数据安全、技术瓶颈仍是不可忽视的问题,人工智能也无法替代人类的情感交流。如何平衡“医学生—人工智能—医学教育者”三者的关系,将是教育者未来需要思考的课题。The era of big data has promoted the revolutionary development of medical education. With the help of the artificial intelligence(AI), the database platform for the teaching of emergency critical care has been built,which facilitates the formulation of individualized e-learning courses, greatly improves the medical students’ sense of situational practical operation, and helps them to adapt to the role transformation more quickly. Moreover, AI will greatly improve the research database mining and utilization, and promote multi-disciplinary and multi-center cooperation. However, the inherent problems such as the data security and technical bottlenecks are still important problems that cannot be ignored, and human emotional communication is also irreplaceable by AI. Balancing the relationship between medical students, AI and medical educators is a topic that needs to be considered in future education.
