以海外升学方向为指导的中学生培养模式探究

摘  要:创新教育带来了系统性的教育变革,适应了当今社会经济发展的迫切需求。从创新教育的定义出发,提出从精细化培养方向研究创新学校的学生培养模式。从创新学校学生培养中升学指导角色的作用进行阐述,介绍了升学指导在不同升学体系下的工作内容。结合工作经验,进一步分析海外升学方向下升学指导的工作原则、升学课程内容、升学指导角色定位与工作评估模式的创新之处,并根据目前海外升学方向,对升学指导的工作提出未来完善的建议。Innovative education has brought about systematic educational reforms and meets the urgent needs of today’s social and economic development. Starting from the definition of innovative education, this paper proposes to continue to study the student training mode of innovative middle schools from the direction of elaborate cultivation. This paper expounds the role of school counselor in the cultivation of students in innovative schools and introduces the work content of school counselors under different school systems. Based on the work experience of the two authors, this paper analyzes the working principles, the course content, the role orientation and the work evaluation model of school counselors who aims at guiding the students studying overseas in the future, and puts forward some suggestions for the future improvement based on the current work of school counselors.
