我国运动康复专业“体育术科”课程开设现状与对策

摘　　要：“体育术科”课程对于运动康复专业的人才培养十分重要。为了提高培养质量,创新“体育术科”课程,通过文献研究与实地调研,比较多所高校运动康复专业的培养方案,发现运动康复专业“体育术科”课程的设置各有不同,普遍课时偏少,与其他专业存在同质性等。通过分析认为,“体育术科”课程是运动康复专业实践教学的重要平台,应在“体育术科”课程中通过融合康复实践、开展传统保健体育、增设特色项目、创新评价方式、培养复合型师资等途径丰富课程内容,优化课程质量,凸显课程特色,完善具有运动康复专业特色的“体育术科”课程,努力培养高质量、复合型的新时代运动康复人才。Physical education courses are very important for the talent training of sports rehabilitation major.In order to improve the quality of training and innovate physical education courses,through literature research and field investigations,we compare the training programs of sports rehabilitation majors in many colleges and universities.It is found that the settings of physical education courses are different,and there is generally a lack of class hours and homogeneity with other majors.Through analysis,we believe that the physical education course is an important platform for sports rehabilitation professional practice teaching.We should integrate rehabilitation practice teaching in the physical education curriculum,enrich traditional health sports,add characteristic physical education courses,innovate evaluation methods,and cultivate compound teachers.Through these ways,we can enrich the content of the courses,optimize the quality of the courses,highlight the characteristics of the courses,improve the physical education courses with the professional characteristics of sports rehabilitation,and strive to cultivate high-quality and compound sports rehabilitation talents in the new era.
