摘  要:将以问题为基础的学习(PBL)+案例教学(CBL)联合paper review-seminar教学模式,以线上线下结合的方式应用于呼吸内科临床规范化培训。通过CBL分析临床案例、PBL+paper review知识汇总整理,以及Seminar小组提升,锻炼学员自我发现问题、解决问题的能力,提高学员的文献检索和阅读能力,提高学员沟通表达展示的能力,整体提高规培医师的学习和创新能力,在以后的教学过程中值得进一步推广应用。In this paper,the teaching mode of problem-based learning(PBL)+case teaching(CBL)combined with paper review-seminar is applied to the standardized clinical training of respiratory medicine in the mode of online and offline combination.Through CBL analysis of clinical cases,summary and sorting of PBL+paper review knowledge,and improvement of the seminar group,the students’ability to find and solve problems by themselves is trained.Their literature retrieval and reading ability is improved.Their ability to communicate,express and display is improved and their learning and innovation ability is improved as a whole.So it is worth further promotion and application in the future teaching process.
