摘 要:案例教学渗透了“以学生为中心”的教育理念,是构建教学命运共同体的具体实践,也是基层党校教学改革的方向。案例教学有其独特优势:从教学内容上看,以案例为主体,多向网状的知识传播拓宽拓深了内容;从教学形式上看,多元主体共创课堂,构建了教学命运共同体;从教学效果上看,可调动学员主观能动性,解决真问题。通过对某地市级党校“公共管理案例分析”教学项目的具体实践进行分析,总结了案例教学法在基层党校的实施过程、注意事项、效果评估,并提出案例教学推动党校教学创新的实现路径。Case teaching permeates the educational concept of“student-centered”,which is the specific practice of building a community of teaching destiny and the direction of teaching reform in grass-roots Party schools.Case teaching has its unique advantages.From the perspective of teaching content,taking cases as the main body,multi-directional network knowledge dissemination broadens and deepens the content.From the perspective of teaching form,multiple subjects jointly create the classroom and build a community of teaching destiny.From the perspective of teaching effect,it can mobilize students’subjective initiative and solve real problems.Through the analysis of the specific practice of the teaching project of“Public Management Case Analysis”in a municipal Party school,this paper summarizes the implementation process,precautions and effect evaluation of the case teaching method in the grass-roots Party school,and puts forward the realization path of case teaching to promote the teaching innovation of the Party school.
