摘  要:对于分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)目前主要采用外科手术切除及术后^(131)I治疗等,^(131)I治疗后DTC复发及转移可影响临床后续治疗及其效果。^(131)I治疗后全身显像(Rx-WBS)为常规影像学监测疗效手段,而^(131)I SPECT/CT将功能代谢与解剖结构信息相结合,可提供更准确、更全面的影像学信息。本文就^(131)I SPECT/CT用于^(131)I治疗DTC后研究进展进行综述。Differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC)is mainly treated with surgical resection and postoperative^(131)I treatment,and the recurrence and metastasis of DTC after^(131)I treatment affect the follow-up clinical treatment and curative effect.Post-therapy whole body scan(Rx-WBS)is a routine imaging monitoring method after^(131)I treatment.^(131)I SPECT/CT can provide accurate and comprehensive imaging information combining functional metabolism with anatomical structure information.The research progresses of^(131)I SPECT/CT for DTC after^(131)I treatment were reviewed in this article.
