摘　　要：胃癌是我国常见的消化系统癌症,其发病率和病死率位居我国癌症前列,对人们的生命健康构成极大威胁。随着精准医疗时代的到来,每位胃癌患者的治疗必须遵循个体化原则。然而,个体化治疗是基于生物标志物的开发而发展的。液体活检已被报道是能够检测携带肿瘤发生和进展信息的生物标志物,也被建议作为个性化治疗的有用工具。与传统的"组织活检"相比,液体活检具有显著的优势,因为它是无创和无痛的,减少了成本和诊断时间,可用于诊断、预后、疾病进展预测,或作为治疗反应的替代标志物。为此,本文将综述了液体活检的相关检测技术及其在胃癌早期筛查、疗效评估及复发监测中的作用。Gastric cancer is a common cancer in digestive system in China.It′s in the forefront of cancer in terms of morbidity and case fatality,posing a great threat to people′s health.With the advent of the era of precision medicine,the treatment of each patient with gastric cancer must follow the principle of individualization.However,individualized treatment is based on the development of biomarkers.Liquid biopsy has been reported to be a biomarker capable of detecting information about tumorigenesis and progression,and has been suggested as a useful tool for personalized treatment.Compared with traditional"tissue biopsy",liquid biopsy has significant advantages because it is noninvasive and painless,reduces cost and time for diagnosis,and could be used for diagnosis,prognosis,prediction of disease progression,or as a surrogate marker of response to treatment.For this purpose,the author will review the related detection techniques of liquid biopsy and its role in early screening,efficacy evaluation and recurrence monitoring of gastric cancer.
