丹参川芎嗪联合丁苯酞治疗急性缺血性卒中患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参川芎嗪联合丁苯酞治疗急性缺血性卒中(AIS)患者的效果。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年8月该院收治的100例AIS患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采取丁苯酞注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丹参川芎嗪治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、丙二醛(MDA)和趋化素(Chemerin)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清AngⅡ、MDA、IL-8、TNF-α和Chemerin水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪联合丁苯酞注射液治疗AIS患者,可提高治疗总有效率,降低血清AngⅡ、IL-8、TNF-α、MDA和Chemerin水平,效果优于单纯丁苯酞注射液治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Danshen ligustrazine combined with Butylphthalide in treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:100 AIS patients admitted to this hospital from July 2019 to August 2020 were selected for the prospective study,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Butylphthalide injection,while the observation group was treated with Danshen ligustrazine on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of serum angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),malondialdehyde(MDA),chemokine(Chemerin),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum levels of AngⅡ,MDA,IL-8,TNF-α,and Chemerin in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Danshen ligustrazine combined with Butylphthalide injection in the treatment of the AIS patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the levels of serum AngⅡ,IL-8,TNF-α,MDA and Chemerin.Moreover,it is superior to single Butylphthalide injection.
