摘  要:在巩固脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的时代潮流中,文化振兴正成为全面推进乡村振兴的着力点和新使命。乡村教师作为乡村社会中为数不多的“新乡贤”,是助力乡村文化建设的最佳人选,应主动肩负起先进思想传播者、乡土文化传承者和乡村人才培育者的文化使命。乡村教师文化使命的践行,需要摒弃城乡优劣思维,提高文化自信;利用乡土资源禀赋,开发校本课程;加深乡村社会嵌入,增强身份认同。In the trend of the times of the achievements of poverty alleviation effectively connected with rural revitalization, cultural revitalization is becoming the focus and new mission of promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way. As one of the few "new rural sages" in the rural society, teachers in the rural areas are the best candidates to help the construction of rural culture. They should take the initiative to shoulder the cultural mission of disseminators of advanced ideas, inheritors of local culture and cultivators of rural talents. In order to practice the cultural mission of rural teachers, we need to abandon the thinking of urban and rural advantages and disadvantages, improve cultural self-confidence, make use of local resource endowment, develop school-based curriculum, deepen the embedding of rural society, and enhance identity.
