摘 要:随着“新工科”概念的提出,农业类高校运用以“新工科”反哺“新农科”的人才培养思路进行人才培养模式的改革,有利于推动我国农业向现代化、智慧化的转型。采取网络问卷调查的形式对湖南农业大学农机专业的在校本科生进行了有关专业的了解程度、人才培养方案满意程度、对农机行业发展的了解程度等方面的调查。通过分析,以结果为依据制定与之相适应的人才培养方案,为进行农机专业人才培养模式改革提供了思路。With the proposing of "new engineering" concept, the talent training model reform by the "new engineering" re-feeding "new agricultural science" talent training ideas in the agricultural colleges and universities will help promote the transformation of agriculture to the modern and intelligent. By means of network questionnaire in Hunan Agricultural University, the undergraduates majoring in agricultural mechanization and automation were asked for the related professional knowledge, the satisfaction with the talent training scheme, and the degree of understanding of farm machinery industry development and so on. Through the data analysis, the talent training mode for agricultural mechanization and automation major was formulated based on the investigation results, which provided an idea for the reforming of the talent training mode in agricultural mechanization and automation major for the university.
