摘　　要：生产资料所有制与当前我国生产力发展是否吻合,关涉新时代扎实推进共同富裕的成败。生产资料公有制因符合社会进步规律和顺应历史发展大势,具有推进共同富裕的属性特征和原动力,构成了新时代共同富裕所有制基础的应然指向。由于我国仍处于社会主义初级阶段,解放和发展生产力是党治国理政的中心工作,在坚持公有制经济主体地位不动摇的前提下,多种所有制经济仍是我国经济社会发展的重要基础。因此,以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的所有制结构就成为新时代共同富裕所有制基础的实然发展。在新时代,坚持“两个毫不动摇”,最大限度发挥好公有制、多种所有制以及混合所有制在促进共同富裕中的重要作用,应是巩固共同富裕所有制基础的路径选择。Whether the ownership system of the means of production is in line with the current development of productive forces in China defines the success in promoting common prosperity in the new era. In line with the laws of social progress and the general trend of historical development, the public ownership system of the means of production boasts the attributes and driving force to promote common prosperity, and constitutes the ownership basis for common prosperity in the new era. As China is still in the primary stage of socialism, the liberation and development of the productive forces is the central task of the CPC in state governance. On the premise of unswervingly maintaining the dominant position of the public ownership economy, the economy under multiple ownership remains an important basis for China’s economic and social development. Therefore, the ownership structure with public ownership as the mainstay and multiple ownership economies developing together has become the actual development of the ownership basis for common prosperity in the new era.Meanwhile, adhering to the“two unwavering principles”principles and maximising the important role of public ownership, multiple ownership and mixed ownership in promoting common prosperity should be the path to consolidate the ownership basis for common prosperity.
