摘　　要：在田径教学以及训练的过程中,帮助学生掌握相关运动技能是有效提升田径教学效率以及训练效率的方式之一,但在教学以及训练的过程中运动技能所发挥的作用却往往会被忽视。因此,该文就如何将运动技能迁移有效应用在田径教学与训练中进行探究,提出相应的运用方式,从而更好地提升田径教学以及训练的质量。In the process of track and field teaching and training, helping students to master relevant sports skills is one of the ways to effectively improve teaching efficiency and training efficiency, but the role of sports skills in the process of teaching and training is often ignored. Therefore, this paper will explore how to effectively apply the transfer of sports skills in track and field teaching and training, and then put forward the corresponding application methods, so as to improve the quality of track and field teaching and training.
