摘　　要：对高速公路服务区的服务对象展开分析,结合当前社会大环境在“人口结构、生活方式、出行方式”三个方面的变化,概括总结了公众对高速公路服务区的需求趋势,提出服务区的建设要着眼于公众需求,寻求合理的规划方法,从而改善满足公众需求的环境,提升公众对服务区的满意程度。This paper analyzes the service object of the expressway service area,and summarizes the trend of public demand for the expressway service area by combining with the changes of the current social environment in the three aspects of“population structure,lifestyle and travel mode”,puts forward that the construction of service area should focus on the public demand and seek reasonable planning methods,so as to improve the environment to meet the public demand and enhance the satisfaction degree of the public to the service area.
