摘  要:中国特色学徒制是推进职业教育高质量发展的重要途径。现代学徒制和企业新型学徒制在培养数字化财务人才时存在企业核心资源投入不足、“双师型”教师队伍融合不够、企业吸纳就业不足、培养规模有限、系统性不足等问题。通过研究数字化背景下财务类人才采用中国特色学徒制培养模式的可行性,从发挥制度优势、培育“双师型”教师队伍、深化产教融合、调整人才培养方案、完善课程体系等方面探索了构建数字化财务人才中国特色学徒制培养的有效路径,以增强职业教育的适应性,提升数字化财务人才的培养质量。Apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics is an important way to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.The modern apprenticeship and the new apprenticeship in enterprises have some problems in cultivating digital financial talents,such as insufficient investment of enterprise core resources,insufficient integration of"double-qualified"teachers,insufficient recruitment and absorption by enterprises,limited training scale,and insufficient system.Therefore,it is feasible to adopt training mode of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristic for financial talents under the digital background.The paper explores an effective way to build an apprenticeship training with Chinese characteristics for digital financial talents from the aspects of giving full play to the system advantages,cultivating a"double qualified"teaching team,deepening the integration of production and education,adjusting the talent training program,and improving the curriculum system,so as to enhance the adaptability of vocational education and improve the training quality of digital financial talents.
