摘  要:数字化转型是未来企业发展的必由之路,组织变革是企业数字化转型的关键步骤、成功保障和新形势下的必然选择,需要得到重点关注和积极推进。数字化转型下企业组织变革包括组织结构、人才结构、组织文化、组织流程、领导方式五个维度,并具有创造性破坏、动态性、权变性、系统性等特征。组织变革实践需围绕数字化转型,结合组织理论,有序推行,助力企业数字化转型成功推进。Digital transformation is an inevitable choice for enterprise development,and enterprise organizations must make changes to meet the requirements under the new situation.Organizational reform is the key step,success guarantee and inevitable choice under the new situation of enterprise digital transformation,which needs to be focused on and actively promoted.The organizational change of enterprises under the digital transformation includes five dimensions:organizational structure,talent structure,organizational culture,organizational process and leadership style,which are characterized by creative destruction,dynamic,contingency and systematic.The practice of organizational change needs to be carried out in an orderly manner around digital transformation and in combination with organizational theory,so as to facilitate the successful promotion of enterprise digital transformation.
