摘  要:进入新时代,教师交流轮岗迎来了新发展。新时代的教师交流轮岗是按照流入校的实际需求,通过精细化萃取共享流出校教师的优质服务属性,在可达场域内增强学生实际获得的体系化的教育实践活动。教育综合改革的深化、年龄学历结构的优化、集团化学区化的实行、好教师标准的回归、学生实际获得分配样态的构建等实践生态,为新时代教师交流轮岗奠定了坚实的基础。教师交流轮岗从教师个体到教师的优质服务属性的转变,有助于满足学生的个性化需求,以学生的实际获得构建学校高质量发展的育人体系,实现个性化育人。推进教师交流轮岗为教师队伍建设提供新动能,需要萃取教师优质服务属性,促进新型供给主体高质量发展,发挥学科组和年级组育人作用,完善评估机制,构建家校社协同育人常态化模式。In the new era,teacher rotation,which has attained a higher level of development,is a systematic educational practice,which extracts and shares rotating teachers’ high-quality service based on the actual demands of schools in need,and enhances students’ actual sense of fulfillment in accessible fields. A series of practices lay a solid foundation for teacher rotation in the new era,such as the deepened comprehensive educational reform,the optimization of the structures of both rotating teachers’ ages and their educational backgrounds,the development of education groups and the school district system,the return to the standards for good teachers,and the enhancement of students’ actual sense of fulfillment. The shift from the rotation of teachers to the rotation of their high-quality service helps to meet students’ individual demands,and build a high-quality education system for school development based on students’ actual sense of fulfillment,thus achieving the goal of individualized education. To promote teacher rotation to provide a new energy for the construction of the teaching force,we need to extract teachers’ high-quality service,promote the high-quality development of new supply entities,give play to the role of disciplinary groups and grade groups in education,improve the mechanism for evaluation,and build a regular mode for collaborative education by families,schools and the community.
