摘　　要：数字化时代带给我们便利的同时,也带来了前所未有的挑战。这种挑战体现在社会生活、经济发展乃至教育教学的方方面面,其中最大的挑战是对未来人才培养的挑战。为了适应这种社会巨变,高校必须改变人才培养理念和模式:培养能独立思考的人比培养会学习的人更重要。While the digital age brought us convenience,it brought challenge never seen before too.The challenge is refl ected in many fi elds,including life in society,economic development,and even education and teaching,the most one is how to educate talented person.In order to adapt such great change in our society,it is necessary to change ideas and practices for personnel training.It is more important to educate a person who is accustomed to think independently than who is good at learning.
