摘　　要：新工科建设背景下,企业和高校对学生的实践能力、创新能力要求不断提高。废纸脱墨制浆实验是制浆造纸工艺实验课程的重要内容。构建新型废纸脱墨制浆工艺实验教学平台,对脱墨设备进行改进与优化,在原有脱墨设备上加装喷淋装置和供气孔管,改进气泡进入槽体的方式,提高脱墨效率,以满足废纸脱墨制浆工艺实验教学和科研的需求。基于废纸脱墨制浆工艺实验教学平台,建立完善的创新性开放实验教学体系,助力新工科实践教学建设。Under the background of new engineering construction,higher requirements are put forward for college students'practical innovation ability.Deinking and pulping experiment of waste paper is an important content in the experimental course of pulping and papermaking technology.A new experimental teaching and scientifi c research platform for waste paper deinking and pulping process is established to meet the requirements of waste paper deinking experimental teaching and relevant scientific research experiments.The deinking equipment is improved and optimized,installing sprinkler and air supply hole pipe on the original deinking equipment,to improve the way of bubbles entering the tank and improve the deinking effi ciency.The experimental teaching platform of waste paper deinking and pulping process is to help the construction of practical teaching mode of new engineering construction.
