基　　金：2022年度教学改革课题《测控工程专业面向实战化岗位任职的教学模式探索与实践》。

摘　　要：针对我校导弹测试课程在教学评价、教学方法、教学模式等方面存在的不足,基于OBE理念的工程教育模式,从教学目标、教学内容、教学模式和教学评价等方面入手,确定了高阶能力教学目标,建构了实装案例式教学内容,探索了新的参与式教学模式,创新了考核评价方式,切实提高了学员的知识水平、岗位技能和工程应用能力。In view of the shortcomings in teaching evaluation,teaching method and teaching mode of missile test course in our school,the engineering education model based on OBE concept,starting from the aspects of teaching objective,teaching content,teaching mode and teaching evaluation,constructs the teaching objective of high-level ability,constructs the practical case teaching content,and explores a new participatory teaching model.The assessment and evaluation methods have been innovated,and the students'knowledge level,job skills and engineering application ability have been effectively improved.
