摘 要:为增强高丛蓝莓根系适应性,筛选亲和性高的蓝莓砧穗组合,以9种兔眼蓝莓为砧木嫁接高丛蓝莓‘实大’和‘奥尼尔’,统计嫁接后第180,360和540 d(days after grafting,DAG)不同砧穗组合的成活率,测量嫁接口直径、接穗叶片中叶绿素相对含量,测定接穗叶片多酚氧化酶(polyphenol oxidase,PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(phenylalanine ammonia-lyase,PAL)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力,并进行生理生化指标相关性分析.结果表明:以‘杰兔’为砧木的嫁接组合成活率、接穗叶片中叶绿素相对含量和嫁接口直径生长量显著高于同接穗的其他嫁接组合,以‘蓝沙’为砧木的嫁接组合次之;嫁接在‘杰兔’和‘蓝沙’上的‘实大’叶片PPO酶活力表现出持续升高的趋势,嫁接后第540 d出现最大值,分别为13.60,16.99 U·mg^(-1)果实鲜质量(fresh weight,FW),‘奥尼尔-杰兔’在180 DAG和540 DAG时期的PPO酶活力显著高于其他砧穗组合,‘实大-蓝沙’和‘实大-杰兔’组合在360 DAG时PAL酶活力显著高于同时期的其他砧穗组合,‘实大-杰兔’和‘奥尼尔-杰兔’SOD酶活力在180 DAG时出现最大值,均显著高于同时期同接穗的其他组合,在360 DAG时,‘实大’叶片中PAL酶活力与嫁接成活率存在显著正相关关系,在540 DAG时,PPO,PAL,POD和SOD酶活力与嫁接成活率表现为显著正相关;‘杰兔’‘蓝沙’做砧木嫁接‘实大’和‘奥尼尔’的嫁接成活率高于其他砧木,亲和性优于其他砧穗组合,‘实大’与兔眼蓝莓的亲和性较‘奥尼尔’更高.蓝莓砧穗嫁接存在后期不亲和现象,PAL酶活力可以用作蓝莓砧穗嫁接亲和力强弱的检测指标.In order to improve the trunk vigor and to enhance the adaptability of highbush blueberries,blueberry stock-scion combinations with high compatibility were screened.Nine cultivars of rabbit-eye blueberries(V.ashei)were selected as rootstocks and‘Star’and‘O′Neal’were chosen as scions for grafting.The survival rates of different stock-scion combinations at 180,360,and 540 days after grafting(DAG)were estimated,and the diameter of grafting interface and chlorophyll relative contents of scion leaves were measured.Enzyme activities of polyphenol oxidase(PPO),phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),peroxidase(POD),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)of grafted cultivar leaves were determined.Correlation matrices among physiological and biochemical characteristics were calculated.The results showed that survival rate,relative content of chlorophyll and interface diameter increase of scion grafted onto‘Premier’were significantly higher than those of other grafting combinations with the same scion,respectively,followed by the grafting combination of‘Blueshower’stock.PPO activity of‘Star’blueberry grafted on‘Blueshower’and‘Premier’showed a continuous increase pattern and its maximum value appeared at 540 DAG.The enzyme activities were 16.99 and 13.60 U·mg^(-1) FW,respectively.PPO activities of scion-stock combination‘O′Neal-Premier’at 180 DAG and 540 DAG were significantly higher than that of other rootstock combinations.PAL activities of‘Star-Blueshower’and‘Star-Premier’were significantly higher than that of other scion-stock combinations at 360 DAG.The highest POD activity at 360 DAG was observed in the‘Star-Premier’combination.SOD activity of‘Star-Premier’and‘O′Neal-Premier’reached the maximum values at 180 DAG,which was significantly higher than that of other combinations used the same scion.A significantly positive correlation was revealed between PAL activity of‘Star’leaves and survival rate at 360 DAG.Activities of PPO,PAL,POD and SOD showed significantly positive cor
