摘　　要：豫园围屋是一座位于桂东南地区的近代民居,历经封建土地私有制、土地改革、粮食统购统销、家庭联产承包责任制等多个农村土地所有制改革阶段,具有重要的遗产价值。研究尝试以村民视角对近代民居建筑的遗产价值进行再认识。结合口述史方法、田野调查和地方志文献,梳理和研究该民居在时代变迁中的空间价值。The Yuyuan Enclosed House is a modern vernacular architecture in the southeast Guangxi.It has gone through many rural land ownership reform stages,such as feudal land private ownership,land reform,unified grain purchase and marketing,and household contract responsibility system.It has important heritage value.This research attempts to re-recognize the heritage value of modern vernacular architecture from the perspective of villagers.Combined with the research methods of oral history,field survey and local chronicles,this paper sorts out and studies the spatial value of the vernacular architecture in the changing times.
